So now dealing with Verizon Wireless. It took 3 attempts to get my cell wifi access device working, so I now have 3 lines activated and 3 charges. I was warned that this looked like it happened, but it could not be fixed until the bill was generated so they could see. Let's see what they do

So the lines are being deactivated, but the over 200 in extra charges won't be credited for possibly 2 billing cycles. I told the agent I will dispute the extra charges and use the saved chat as evidence. Don't f* ck with someone married to a lawyer! (Although I came up this myself)
