Egads, do I have to post the morning news using Danish? No can do! Too busy at the end of last week to post, so catching up today. I think I'll start with this one: Biden CIA Official Met Privately With Epstein Post-Sex Crime Convictions Townhall reported on April 30 that “Jeffry Epstein’s private calendar reveals an official who served under the Obama and Biden Administrations had close ties to the convicted late sex offender.” Townhall is referring to Biden’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director, William J. Burns, who also served under former President Barack Obama. Burns’s meetings with Epstein were scheduled after the latter was jailed in 2008, Townhall reported. It is not clear whether the scheduled meetings actually occurred or not. The purpose of the meetings is also not known. Do I want to know how these two knew each other?

Quote of the day:
"But whatever you say about RFK Jr., he never drowned a woman, like his uncle. He never crippled one, like his brother. He never raped an underage babysitter, like another of his brothers. He’s never been accused of raping a woman, like one of his cousins, or beating a teenaged neighbor girl to death with a golf club, like another of his cousins.Come to think of it, his opponent for the Democratic nomination, Joe Biden, has been accused of rape, by his former aide Tara Reade. And unlike Biden, none of Bobby’s daughters have ever written in their diaries that Daddy used to take long showers with them when they were 11 years old. Compared to Joe Biden, in fact, Bobby Kennedy Jr. is a paragon of virtue."

So, at some point early this morning I had a dream in which I was traveling somewhere on this gigantic, double-decker mega-jumbo jet (like an A380, but more so); and Ron DeSantis was the head of the flight attendant team. Now, he was also (as I understood) Governor of Florida, and running for POTUS; but he was the lead flight attendant on this airplane as well. At one point the plane landed so that we passengers could all go out and get lunch. I disembarked, ordered my lunch, but then realized that I was in First Class so lunch should be provided on-board, d'oh! And then I briefly believed that the plane had not landed normally, but rather crash-landed, though fortunately with nobody killed or even injured; but then I remembered, no, I had simply dreamed about the crash-landing, in reality the landing (for lunch) had been perfectly normal. I then got back on board, DeSantis stopped by and I asked him if I could order my First Class lunch now. He agreed, and also asked for my vote.

A t-shirt can make people feel unsafe. Middleborough, Mass. (TND) — A 12-year-old middle school student is speaking up after he said he was sent home from school for refusing to remove a T-shirt that read: "There are only two genders." Liam Morrison, a 7th grader at John T. Nichols Jr. Middle School in Middleborough, Mass., told Middleborough Public Schools board during an April 13 meeting that he was removed from his gym class a few weeks prior by school staff and told to take off his shirt because people were complaining that it was making them feel unsafe. School is screwed legally if they allow any other t-shirts with phrases on them.

So, science now makes people feel unsafe. T-shirts with squiggles on them make them feel unsafe.

The kid is obviously a terrorist, who should be arrested by a SWAT team at 3 am.
