They arrest these people because they can't fight the memes or prevent them. They also have no sense of humor, because they considered posting a meme about how people can vote for Hillary Clinton via text a threat to democracy.
A picture is a threat to democracy. Wow. Democracy must be on very shaky grounds, then.

I expect to see more examples like this, where one party not accused of a crime (the wife) is forced to take corrective action. It's where our society has been heading for years now.
