Survey Reveals a Mountain of Possible 2020 Election Crimes 

I'm interested more in the reason why people would admit the following: 

The Rasmussen poll, conducted with The Heartland Institute, found that 21% of likely voters filled out a partial or full ballot for a family member or friend. Another 19% admitted someone filled out their ballot, again in part or full. Most astoundingly, a further 17% admitted to voting in a state they no longer lived in. Pssst, these are all crimes.

Why would anyone admit this? Is it a desire to absolve themselves of guilt, or are they simply trying to mess with the heads of the ones doing the survey? Is it an attempt to bring to light how much skullduggery these people saw in their own lives related to vote fraud?

While I expect groups to fight tooth and nail to prevent this from happening, I have to wonder if it would ever break out of the conservative bubble and filter down to the populace if it actually happened.

And remember, this behavior is in the MAINSTREAM of the Democratic Party now.  This is considered entirely normal, for Democrats.
