Isn't there a danger that the news then becomes, "Israel Dismisses Claims from Gaza regarding invasion"? I could see how some might think that is a more dangerous story, and thus they are trying to prevent providing any footage that could be twisted that way.

I could see that as a strategy, I suppose (though I don't think it's a wise one).  But all around, I've found the Israel spokesmen to be ineffectual, at least the ones I've heard (except Bibi himself, really).

Definitely NOT true here in the US....  exhibit A being Mumbly Joe.

Say whatever else one will about Bibi, he's an impressive guy.  Very articulate (in multiple languages),obviously sharp as a whip, MIT/Harvard near the top of his class, etc.  Oh, yeah... and a former Tier One special operator.
