And this:

If nonprofits solved problems, wouldn't they have been solved by now?

Sorry, gang. Yesterday was a coding day and those days eat up every minute of my day. I'm still not done, but I think I have an idea to get over the big issue and therefore today will be more productive.

We talked about CAIR at some other blog repeatedly, discussing what a fraud of an organization it was, and the fraud has not stopped. But now, they are attacking someone who was one of their own, and she is trying to bring some accountability against the accusations they are making about her.

And then, as I'm looking at that last article, I see an ad on the page from the UN World Food Program asking for money to send food to families in Ukraine this winter. Forgive me if I assume that the corruption in the WFP matches the corruption everywhere else in the UN. So, no.

Texas is going to have a 'hard time' making a constitutional argument in federal court, Turley said

I disagree. Biden Admin is failing to enforce the existing laws. That would come under dereliction of duty. The are aiding and abetting criminal activity that would come under malfeasance an criminal conspiracy.

But as usually I expect the milk sops in the (R) party to present the most wet toilet paper arguments feasible and lose.

If I felt like the powers in Washington were going to be honest and upright and operate under the Constitution, then the arguments before the Supreme Court between Texas and the Biden Administration would have resulted in Texas winning that case to not tear down the razor wire around Eagle Pass.

I do not expect them to be honest and upright. I think the chances of the federal government playing within the boundaries of the Constitution are zero. To my very limited legal understanding, Texas had a very solid case for their lawsuit and they are on firm ground now.

If anyone where honest.
The fact that the (R) are "negotiating" with Biden on the border policy says everything I need to know.
Not to mention over all behavior for the last quarter century, I have more contempt for the (R)s than the (D)s.

The (D)s in a sense are more honest. The let AOC ad Cringe Pierre speak for them.
The (R)s say the will hold the line, but then constantly give ground.
