El gato malo shares the story today of a minor who got a COVID vaccine against the wishes of the parents. Apparently there were side effects. The parents sued—and the case was thrown out because the PREP act declares that no one is allowed to be held accountable during such an emergency.

so they get full immunity against any mistakes they made. Oopsies!

One of those days.... back to back meetings and calls.

One long meeting with a software tool sales and demo where they clearly didn't understand our requirements and did their best job to hit all the points to dissuade us from considering the tool. We ask if could be used for verification.... and it can't.
