Reply to vxbush in 1: Last week, there was a shooting at an Eid festival in Philadelphia. Some immediate reporting, and it was stated that the shooters were juvenile. No further reports on who they were and the story has dropped off the radar. If they were white guys in MAGA hats, everyone from Biden all the way down would be visiting and decrying "Islamophobia". Even CAIR has apparaently said nothing. My guess is they were gangs of Muslims shooting.

Iran launches dozens of drones toward Israel Note the drones will take hours to reach Israel. Blow up the drone factory. I note if Israel shoots down a drone over another country, and that drone had chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons on board, Israel will be blamed, not Iran. Also, I think a load of pig offal right on the well at Qom would be quite a comment.

I would tend to believe with the assets we have in place in the region we have a very good handle on what's in the airspace. That info would have been relayed to the IDF. Iran tweeted that this was a one off in retaliation for the strike in Syria against the IRG. So far we have seen anything actually hit anything, but plenty of IDF defensive launches. Iran is going to have to think hard about the effectiveness of their systems.

Not completely unsuccessful, but Iran is already threatening a greater attack should Israel respond. And has told the US to stay out of it. Do they still consider the US under the Biden Adminisration to be "the Great Satan"? Or maybe "the (not-so) Great Senile"?
