So Jack Smith not only filed his second gag order on President Trump on the Friday before Memorial Day, but he tried to exclude Judge Aileen Cannon on determining what qualified under the gag order:

[B]ecause Smith was asking for a gag order to be put into the conditions of his pre-trial release, it would put a probation officer in charge of deciding if Trump's speech was too dangerous to be allowed. Judge Cannon would be removed from the process. 

That seems like a surefire way to upset the judge.

Step 2: stop allowing anything and everything to happen outside the law. No making lots of random rules to appease this or that Democrat mixup. See Biden getting on the Alabama and Ohio general ballots.
