Translation: Biden lied, or he did his usual melange of mush-brainedness and lying.

The proposal is ridiculous on its face, it basically hands Hamas a victory. Absolutely no way is this a Bibi proposal.

I see only one path for Gaza that makes any sense.

What we did in Germany.

Total victory.

Dehamasification / deislamification... total secularization of all public institutions, government, education etc...

Rebuild with western institutions.

Which means NO AID AND COMFORT to the ENEMY. Full blockade. Areas under Israeli control can get food, etc.

It will probably take longer for Gaza to be able to rule itself than Germany or Japan - I think a far higher percentage of Gazans support Hamas and are for the elimination of Israel, than Germans were Nazi supporters, or Japanese supporters of their military.

The solution that would have worke, population transfer, was made illegal I think just to stop Israel, even though there was a large transfer of Jews from Arab countries. There was a large populatgion transfer between India and Pakistan that was perfectly accepted by the world.

Somewhere I read that around 1948, the US paid Arab countries to take the Arab refugees. They took the money, but not the people. They should be told to take them or repay the money with interest.

650,000-750,000 Arab refugees; 850,000 Jews thrown out of Arab countries.

I would not fly on it, but I would on a crewed Dragon. Maybe a second one, built properly from the ground up, but not that one. If I ran safety for NASA, that craft would be grounded as a museum piece.

There were at least as many Muslims thrown out of newly-independent India into newly-created Pakistan, and Hindus thrown out of newly-created Pakistan into newly-independent India.  All of them were "refugees," and that too happeed in 1948---but noboby seems to remember that.
