Details are only on a "watch live" part of Fox that requires cable TV, as far as I can tell. This is from an email newsletter: TRUMP CARRIED OFF STAGE AFTER APPARENT GUN FIRE - SHOOTING AT TRUMP HIT? UNKNOWN> 6-7 apparent gunshots Loud screams Event stopped. Trump being taken away. He did look like he had been shot. Unsure. Secret service walking with him down the steps. He looked to be being carried/supported by them. We saw his face.
He appeared OK.

From JPost Sounds of multiple shots were heard at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, with the Republican presidential candidate raising a fist as he was escorted to a vehicle by the US Secret Service, video footage from the event showed. The video showed blood on his ear and snipers on the roof near the stage where Trump was standing.

Trump stood up after the Secret Service piled on him and pumped his fist in the air to show he was OK. Same thing before entering his vehicle. He seemed to deliberately slow down the Secret Service evacuating him so he could show people he was OK. That takes guts.

I'm seeing a USSS sniper took out the shooter. We'll find out later how fast the reaction time was but my first reaction is it was one hell of a shot. Cold bore, snap shot. making range and windage adjustment on fly. Too close for comfort that is for sure.

And at Insty, the dimwit brigade are really enthusiastically self identifying. “It’s so convenient that the shooter was killed!”. As opposed to what? He was taken out by a counter sniper team while he was still shooting. What exactly was the Secret Service supposed to do? Teleport over to the rooftop and arrest him? Gah.
