Reply to Kosh's Shadow in 1: On the Clemson link, I thought it was rather hysterical that someone had an AI generate a summary. These people running these big tech companies have shown great willingness to limit access to real information, so you're going to trust them to make an automated system to then summarize the work? I don't think so.

Exhibit #5000 in how liberals don't understand how they come across: Trump's action in a grocery store: Trump’s team had reportedly requested someone be present at the checkout counter when he arrived, but Jenny had no idea she would be receiving money straight from the former president’s wallet. Video of the moment captures Trump handing her the cash, quipping, “It just went down 100 bucks. We’ll do that for you from the White House.” Liberal reaction: I don't dispute this is true. However I also have to wonder if Democrats haven't broken this rule about a thousand times (or more) paying people to vote, bussing people in to vote, etc. etc. If Trump hadn't said, "this is what I'll do as president", he could have simply said he was helping a fellow human. That wouldn't have mattered to Dems, of course, but it's an example of Trump trying to help and the Dems going ballistic. As Kruiser puts it: Honestly, if the radical left wants to pursue this, I’m all for it. Imagine the reaction if some leftist prosecutor tried to indict Trump for giving a woman $100 to help her pay for groceries. Try it, liberals. I dare you.

Reply to vxbush in 4: Also, I can't imagine this was in any way allowable under election law: Zelensky was flown into Pennsylvania by the US government to a munitions factory so he could beg for US support and trash JD Vance: House Republicans Are Investigating Zelensky's Visit to Pennsylvania
This could be interpreted as foreign interference in US elections, and this at the specific action of the US government.

Reply to Occasional Reader in 10: Great news for Hizballah, there is plenty of opportunity for career advancement to senior management! Also, they can offer an excellent defined-benefit retirement plan (secure in the knowledge they won't have to pay out very much of it). On the other hand, job security is a bit.. iffy.

Reply to vxbush in 9: I disagree with the one post. Spitfire @DogRightGirl Having Alex Soros in your back pocket is not a good thing for America. This is a massive red flag It's Soros who has Harris / Walz in pocket.
