I've been keeping track of stories related to AI and the potential for conflict, and Stephen Green notes one today that is driving the left crazy: X's freewheeling Grok AI is responsible for letting users create countless Commie Kamala memes, and they're proving effective enough that MSNBC and Democrats (but I repeat myself) are having hissy fits trying to force Grok to stop them and Harris to fight them. Is the urge to shut down and shut up all opposition just a sort of gag issue for the Left, or are they particularly hysterical this time around because the Commie Kamala memes are proving effective at defining the candidate who refuses to define herself? Yes.
AI is, in one sense, a great equalizer. You don't have to have a graphics degree or be a great artist; you can put together something in just a few sentences and the AI turns it into a reality. When used to create memes, that is incredibly dangerous to Democrats. The truth gets out in a way that can't be easily shut down given how easy it is to share images and it is a quick read compared to an article or even a headline.
There are many issues with AI, but this isn't one. This is glorious.

Jack Smith's case against former President Trump hit a stone wall when the Supreme Court said presidents have immunity in the discharge of their duties. So Smith rewrote the charges by now saying he committed these actions as a candidate instead. An example of the language is as follows: "The defendant asserts that he is immune from prosecution for his criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election because, he claims, it entailed official conduct. Not so. Although the defendant was the incumbent President during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one," the document states. "Working with a team of private co-conspirators, the defendant acted as a candidate when he pursued multiple criminal means to disrupt, through fraud and deceit, the government function by which votes are collected and counted—a function in which the defendant, as President, had no official role." Does this have any chance of actually resulting in a conviction of charges against Trump? Given how transparently this is just rewriting the original charges to get around the Supreme Court's decision, how likely is it that this is going to go all the way back to that court?

Let's review the 34 convictions out of NYC conceived in the fevered worm addled brain of Letica James.
- He had a fling with a pr*n star. Not a crime.
- He created an NDA and had her sign it so she wouldn't talk about it. Not a crime.
- He paid her to sign the NDA and go away. Not a crime.
However since he was running for President 3 non-crimes become another crime "interfering with an election" which Trumps action do not fit the definition of that crime. What is Jack Smith's case? - Trump complained the election was rife with fraud. Not a crime.
- Trump used every legal means, including all the ones used by Al Gore, Al Franken, Christian Gregoire, all (D)s to win a close election. Not a crime.
- Jan. 6 what a hobgoblin that is, all narrative no facts. No crimes committed by Trump, there may be crimes committed by the FBI, Captial Police.
Again a string of non-crimes for which there is Presidential immunity per SCOTUS. Will Jack-off Smith get conviction? Probably.
