Repost from end of thread yesterday. Georgia judge rules election officials can't delay certification because of fraud concerns McBurney, who also presided over the Georgia special purpose grand jury that recommended indicting Trump and others in 2023, wrote that "no election superintendent (or member of a board of elections and registration) may refuse to certify or abstain from certifying election results under any circumstance." One of the things SCOTUS during Bush v. Gore was once a election is certified, it locks it that vote count in beyond reach of the courts So what this hacktivist judge has done is signal to the (D)s that fraud away, if they can delay, disrupt, block investigation until the drop dead certification date... their fraud stands. |
