UN should be called UT - United Terrorists Hizballah paid UNIFIL for use of their positions Recently-captured Hezbollah terrorists have testified that the terror group paid money to UNIFIL in exchange for use of their positions in southern Lebanon, Israel Hayom reported, quoting security sources. According to sources familiar with the matter, Hezbollah took over UNIFIL cameras in areas near the Lebanon-Israel border, and made use of them. This makes UNIFIL positions legitimate targets for the IDF. To avoid too much trouble, Israel should tell UNIFIL they have 24 hours to evacuate; then their locations are bombed.

Stephen Kruiser has a great line today: "'We don't want her in front of the voters, but we want her to have the launch codes' is the worst sales pitch any presidential candidate has ever made in the waning days of the campaign."

Good night.....my gob is smacked: The Biden-Harris administration considers losing your job for mistreating veterans a major recommendation, based on revelations from the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). AFPI investigated the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) reinstatement of former employees who the Trump administration had fired “for mistreating American veterans.” Thousands of VA employees lost their jobs over the mistreatment, but AFPI says that the Biden-Harris administration offered to reinstate and give $134 million in taxpayer-provided back pay to over 1,700 of them. This is the same administration that forced out thousands of military members for refusing the harmful COVID-19 vaccines. So far, 106 of the ~4000 employees fired have returned to the VA. Why were these people fired? "Of the 106 employees who have accepted VA’s reinstatement offers and are currently working at VA once more, they were originally removed for reasons that include poor performance, sleeping on duty, unauthorized access to an employee’s medical records, failure to follow procedures, and failure to maintain a regular work schedule." Conclusion: the Biden government wants to protect government workers, not Americans.

I strongly recommend folks read this story on how Democrats are perceiving their own party after the selection process of Harris. Is it a warning to the party to change its ways? Or will this be forgotten if and when (please, Lord, when) Trump win's office and they can start seething against him?

I am still leery of Tulsi in certain ways, but I wish her a sincere "welcome aboard". And I do think this sends an important signal.

Apropos of nothing; Last night, out of boredom, I re-watched a dumb but fun action flick from the 80s, The Delta Force. Two things that struck me: 1) As befits pretty much any action flick from prior to (at best) the mid 1990s, the firearms-handling is absolutely "cringe" (as the kids say, and for once I actually like something the kids say). And that's including by The Chuckster himself. E.g., there's a chase scene where he and another Delta guy are in a VW microbus (you don't see that every day); as they're bouncing along down rough Beirut streets, Chuck is clearly flagging the other guy, finger on trigger, while he reloads his Uzi (which, let's remember, fires from an open bolt). Yeesh. 2) In the credits at the end of the movie, at the very end, they roll that boilerplate "this film is fictional, any resemblance to any person living or dead is coincidental", even though the airplane hijacking depicted in the flick is CLEARLY based on the hijacking of TWA Flight 847; right down to the brave German flight attendant who refused to obey the terrorists' instructions to "select" the Jewish passengers (yes, she was a real person who really did that).

UNIFIL has been a bad joke since it’s inception, and this was no secret. So of course the Biden Harris gang’s great idea is “let’s do it again again”.

And today is the 41st anniversary of the US Marines barracks bombing in Beirut.
I'm glad that the fallen are belatedly getting some payback, courtesy of the IDF.
