Conclusion: A who;le bunch of people need to retire from Congress.

In #5 JCM said: Trump should take it court and show Biden was not capable of making such a decision. It would be fun to have all the Biden Staffers on the stand testifying about Biden's competence.
Part of me would love it, but I don’t want to open up Pandora’s box where every decision he makes gets taken to court for a competence review.
