I need to run errands this morning or else I would post more, but I wanted folks to chime in on the following topic: 

Many stories are being written about four years of Carter leading to 8 years of Reagan. Is the parallel to Biden and Trump justified given the changes in media and the fact that Trump can’t have 8 years in office?

There is some similarity between Biden and Carter, but there are significant differences, too. For one, the Trump-BIdemented debate showed that Biden was not in charge, leading people to wonder who is - and Kamala's campaign made it clear the same people would be pulling her strings.

Plus, the entire Democrat party has gone loony left on social issues.

Carter and Obama were actively destructive in world affairs, and domestic disasters.

We need to realize we are in an existential war with the ChiComs. They will do anything to win, and we're not even aware of it yet.

There is a reason the ChiComs invested so heavily in key industries like computer chips, batteries, and their plays for global resources. They are willing to operate at loss for the long game. There are no businesses in China, everything that operates is an extension of the PLA in some manner.

The Chinese land buys around military bases, and so many other things.

Add in the deep hooks the ChiComs have into the Biden family. The known intel penetrations, how Eric Sawell isn't doing 30 years in Leavenworth is beyond me.

The term Middle Kingdom was once used for China, it comes from a Chinese phrase Central Kingdom. And it quite literally means to the Chinese they have a divine right to be the Central Power on earth, governing and controlling everything.

They have a plan to accomplish that goal.

While our government plays tiddly winks.

My backup (older) computer has been trying to insist "I'm not dead yet", but after twice (a few weeks apart) deciding not to work right, or even shut down right - and then take some time before I can even boot to the diagnostics - it was time to throw it to the death carts. I had to get another one today, and it is near usable but not completely set up.

The one that died is called Coyote; I think it had too many encounters with Acme rocket sled explosions.
