From the hosting company: Update For Incident in Las Vegas Data Center: March 5, 2025 8:00 AM PST
90% of the impacted web and database servers have been restored to normal operation. We are now working on mail servers.
Outage Investigation:
After
our cloud infrastructure provider's investigation, they determined that
a bug in their latest release caused the accidental deletion of all
boot volumes in our Las Vegas data center. This unfortunate issue
resulted in doxwntime for thousands of our customers. The provider has
since rolled back to the previous version and will ensure that the new
version undergoes thorough testing before being launched again.
Additionally, they will implement safeguarding measures to prevent any
future data deletions without administrator approval. We sincerely
apologize for this incident and fully understand the impact it has had
on all affected customers. Your business is our top priority, and we
fully understand that we would not be here without your continued
support. Your business, your website and your data are just important as
ours. That's why we've continuously improve our service to give our
customer the best they deserve. We are committed to taking every
necessary step to prevent such an outage from occurring again.

Reply to Kosh's Shadow in 8: Oh, just got a lot of circling during the loading. May merely be the system re-adjusting.
