Sorry, it's a VIP article, but I think the title explains enough. I'm guessing that $70 million (times probably over 100 such. jihadis) got this money instead of all the people in Gaza who were supposed to benefit from those funds. But that is a guess.

Heck, I be in favor of a shutdown until they come up with an actual budget something they are required to do but haven't done in 17 years. It's been CRs as far as the eye can see.
