Reply to lucius septimius in 1: I went to H Mart last night. It wasn't crowded and most everything was in stock except paper products. All the Asians were wearing masks, yet they tend to stand very close together. Heading out to buy regular groceries later today.

At the moment I am hiding on the balcony from my cleaning ladies, so to speak. Such interesting times we live in. Hopefully we’ll look back on this and laugh. Well, at some aspects of it, anyway.

It's a conspiracy I tell you. I swear! Looking for loaf pans on line. Looking for something the length and size of commercial loaves and there's nothing really that fits that description. Mind you I think I will take my measuring tape to work and measure our pans. Otherwise I will go hunting in restaurant supply stores when they are open again.
