Mike Rowe once had a Dirty Jobs special where he wore a T-shirt that said "Safety is job 3" (or something like that)

He pointed out if safety were job 1, we couldn't do anything.

I don't know how many people saw my post on Wednesday.

We had an 18 year old dog (94 in dog years) that got to the point where he had to be put down. Couldn't stand up.

He had been basically blind for a long time, and disoriented. But he got to the point where he couldn't stand up on his own, and would flail around. He had dogmentia for a long time. It just got to the point where it was best for him.

OMG, I am so sad about your Cupcake.  Dogs are so wonderful.  Our sweet Darby is around 13 1/2 years old.  It breaks my heart.
