Trump is barely ahead in Wisconsin, but it's early. Hoping for win here. When I was still working after Obama's first win over McCain, I had a sign above my desk that said "Don't blame me, I voted for the American". Kept it up after Romney's loss too. Luckily my employer was a Republican, as where most of my coworkers.

Not that it should surprise anyone, Washington State is breaking bad. Northern Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota are looking mighty appealing right now. one of the nice things about the logistics business is that I can do that kind of work anywhere. i have family that followed me to Washington, so that is a bit of an anchor. i would encourage you to slow walk the move to Portland. Oregon just passed a measure to legalize all hard drugs, which will make it a magnate for users and sellers. Portland is already a nightmare. When the users and sellers move there, it will be worse. if you have to move there, I would encourage you to look for a place that is more than a twenty minute drive from the down town core, that will give you some physical distance from the marching mobs of Antifa thugs that rule that city at night. i am an hour away from Seattle so I am protected from the mobs that are destroying that city. I am considering setting a plan in motion to move out of Washington in the next ten years. Idaho, maybe.

We are living in a Dr. Zhivago nightmare. Our parts in the play are being written in real time. who will play Lara, Yuri, Pasha and Yavgref? They might be ice palaces, pretty, cold and desolate. they might even be madmen and trains. our story, like Pasternak’s, will span many years. it might be good to move out of the big cities before they get too weird.
