Dreams - I had 2 I remember from last night.

First one, I was a new (and young) sailor on a Naval ship, and they weren't telling me what I was supposed to do, so that I could be properly initiated. It all went fine.

Second, I had a dream with characters from the sort of sequel to Rocky Horror, where one character was singing with Frankenfurter

This character in this song (Oscar Drill, of Oscar Drill and the BIts)

I'd have stopped by earlier, had my computer not refused to load.  Took three re-starts to get it to do so, and when the proper screen finally opened I immediately backed it up.  

It's difficult to engage in light conversation when you're trying to figure out what one can do in the event that the next time I try to power the machine up it refuses to load once again.

In the meantime, we can all contemplate tonight's memorial for Konrad Lose-an-Hour, the second cousin of former West German prime minister Konrad Add-an-Hour.

As for Daylight Scamming Time

If the government said we're moving the workday and schoolday an hour early, people would complain.

So they do it but claim the hours are the same. 

No. Noon is an hour after highest sun angle. They are just relabling the hours. A SCAM

I'm sorry, I wanted to post but when I came home from picking up to go food there was a strange set of keys hanging on the front doorknob.  I posted about the set of keys on a couple of social sites, then ate a cold dinner.  Now I'm on the phone.

Can't step up there, Kosh; I'm sorry.  I'm still coming off the hospital-and-death events of the last four months, trying to keep up with my online classes (much more work than teaching in person), and have to start my mandated School Woke Training this week.  Plus I've been doing the doctoral rounds.   

Most of this wholly mundane, but necessary.
