Reply to turn in 5: I have a couple of other health issues so my doctor strongly urged me to go have the shots early. It was sure difficult to get an appointment at first. I ended up getting my shots way out in the Crenshaw district of L.A. city. I have a dear friend who got that appointment for me and she also drove me to the location as well.

Reply to turn in 5: Wife had Pfizer; I think mine is going to be Moderna. Going to a Family Health Center that has everything in English and Spanish. I guess this "privileged white guy" must be taking a vaccine from some Hispanic.//////// (Wife is on a state email list about other things, but posts when some vaccine openings are available, so she forwarded it to me and I signed up. Today, and will get the shot Monday.)

Pete Buttplug's proposal about taxing drivers doesn't address the obvious racism of roads. I mean, the pavement is black and people drive all over it, but the law restricts us from crossing the white lines. And heaven forbid you cross a double yellow. Do we need to spell it out to you people?
