As Shakespeare said, the evil that men do lives long after them. 

And they seem to live long themselves

There is a Judaic view that they use the benefit of the good they do in this life so they have nothing to protect them in the next life. That is, they enjoy the benefit of what good they did in this life, so it is interred with their bones, and they receive their punishment in the next life.

I don't know enough to give a real answer, and those that really know, probably are not able to say.

He is responsible for all the terrorist deaths in Israel for many years, and I think he will find he does not get to enjoy Hell, what with all the bombings every time he ties to have a peaceful get-together with his friends.
