Half the day on support emails. I've long suspected the eCAD tool of doing random substitutions on critical parts of the eCAD drawing. I had last week a situation where I set up a very tightly controlled change to part. A similar change early to a different part had all kinds of substitutions. I tracked every component of the drawing through every step, and tested complete part, and had the part verified by a co-worker. When the design engineer updated to the new part.... BOOM Substitutions! A 10 page document later and filed support request.... With so far 5 lengthy follow up emails going through damn near every keystroke.... The main problem is the randomness of the error. I capture it in this case but cannot replicated it. I can document it happened. I need a drink!

Reply to buzzsawmonkey in 2: He casts a very, very, very long shadow over the subsequent history of dance. I don't know that I hate him, but there is something sort of ugly in his style of dance -- brutalism come to the popular stage. My brief foray into theater and having to dance in that particular style ... let's just say it ain't Fred and Ginger.

In my own opinion, Bob Fosse and Steven Sondheim were the two people most responsible for killing American musical theatre.
