Boy, has Dell support gone downhill, and HP is nonexistent.

At least I fixed the HP problem (BIOS update and then run the HP support utility to fix the OS)

Do you think they're shorthanded?  It seems like every business of any type is hiring down here.  A lot of folks are still living on their $600.00 a week unemployment perhaps.
