Saturday is the 9th of Av, when many tragedies have befallen Israel - but is also connected to the time of Moshiach.

Because it is Shabbos, the fast and lamenting is put off until Sunday

Note I have lost jobs around this time of year. Probably doing well with this one, but you never know

We're getting there...  maybe.  As it is, I can soon (It appears) finally apply for a carry permit in very-neighboring Maryland, with a reasonable chance of getting it.
