Hell week continues. Worked at 4 this morning and was off at 1230. Going back into work at 11 tonight. Got four hours sleep so I am going to be exhausted tomorrow morning. Have one more night shift after that.

I would have liked to have asked why thy thought he was a Republican. I made the mistake of just pointing out that he was a Democrat. I had argue the point.

i do not talk politics with these people. They feel very strongly about things they know very little about.  

I am often shocked by the overall lack of understanding of basic civics and how things like the constitution work amongst the public at large.

I thought about doing that. I confess I was just a bit stunned by the conversation. It moved very quickly from how awful it was that every single Republican voted against the impeachment and that the only Republican that spoke In favor of it was Adam Schiff.

i just focused on the one issue before I realized I wasn’t going to get very far doing more than just pointing out that the Democrats would not have let a Republican lead that committee.  I think one of them checked it on her phone.

I backed off and then the conversation went from there to something non-political.
