Thirst.

And since there is an open slate to write upon here I'll update the bathroom tomato experiment.

From a plant costing $5.88 one tomato was harvested.  Windowsill ripened and enjoyed with an egg, over easy.

Costly for one tomato, but it was an experiment/hobby thingy. Don't regret doing it.

One of my wife's colleagues planted tomatoes. Woodchuck ate them.

At least you got to eat yours.

I bought a bush tomato plant for $17.98. It grows in the same pot and came with a climbing cage or trellis or whatever. So far there are 4 or 5 tomatoes that should eventually grow to about 6 inches. Considering I only get 5 hours of full sun on the patio, I consider it a success so far.

Once upon a time there was a blogsite
Where we used to blaze a path or two
Remember how we read Buzz's parodies
And think of all the great things the US could do

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd post and reply for many a day
We'd have the thoughts we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were right and sure to have our way

Then Barack Obama got elected
Bloggers got banned and thrown away
When we ran off to blogspot
We'd post until C2 gave us our say

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd post and reply for many a day
We'd have the thoughts we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were right and sure to have our way

Then C2 vanished beneath us
Nothing was the way it used to be
In Rude Bridge we saw a reflection
Was that lonely poster really me?

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd post and reply for many a day
We'd have the thoughts we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were right and sure to have our way

Meanwhile, I did my taxes. I made more than I did in 2017 or 2018, but still much less than I used to make. I owe an obscene amount to both federal and state (1099 sucks). When do I get to start a violent riot peaceful protest?

We got our taxes done by Apr. 15.

As for protesting, it's for the children so suck it up//

Just wait until you have to pay protection reparations, whitey!

I am expecting a modest refund from both Los Federales and DC this year, which is unusual in my case.

Well, it wasn’t as bad as 1066, with all that Saxon violence...

Lucky. I'm bad about keeping up with my quarterlies when I work 1099. Next year shouldn't be quite as much of a shock.

Dunno.  Never seen bigger that 3 and half.  We are talking about tomatoes, right?

This exchange does not harold a very good pun thread.

Yep.  My accountant found an interesting way to treat the depreciation on a few of my older (2016/2017 model year) Gulfstreams.
