My source, but it quotes from the NYT: A Wall Street Journal report noted that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was furious after Israel launched strikes on Hezbollah last month, killing its chief. “Excuse me, what did you say? Austin spoke to Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant over the phone after the strikes. U.S. officials said Austin was mad Israel didn’t give the U.S. a heads up so that it had adequate time to get its assets in the Middle East situated in case of a counterattack from the terrorist group. After news broke that Israel killed Nasrallah, Austin spoke on the phone to Gallant and expressed frustration with the Jewish State. He later asked if Israel wanted to go forth in the war “alone,” suggesting that the U.S. wouldn’t defend the country if they continued to fail to inform the Biden-Harris Administration of its plans. Not a surprise except for it being said out loud so publicly. Israel hasn't been getting as much support since before Obama's first term.

The Waffle House is getting its due respect during hurricane season. But I love the nickname of the author's son. Copying the footnote here: Our son was one of the very first computer and gaming savants in the early 90s, winning tournaments and designing "skins" for games not long after AL Gore invented the innerwebs. Unfortunately, he also had a knack for catching the first viruses. One was so virulent that it wiped his computer and all of my work and required one of his father's computer geeks to come from base with a DoD program to finally exterminate it. His uncle Bingley nicknamed him "Ebola," and it has been his nom-de-innerwebs ever since.

Milton has left the peninsula, but 1 million Floridians were or are without power. Raise your good thoughts and prayers for these people, if you will.

Reply to vxbush in 3: I red pilled two co-workers. I sent them in sequences links to the Cloward Piven Weight of the Poor article in The Nation magazine, then the Motor Voter legislation, followed by the AZ story on illegals registered. The were stunned that this stuff existed the and that the plan was so obvious with just those three pieces.

Corrected version - the US is pissed off that Israel didn't give them enough time to warn Hizballah
