Where was Moose when he was needed? This goes to show the US is really being run well, not exactly Fearl;ess Leader ordering Boris and Natasha around, but...

Note the plot of the movie The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle is that Fearless Leader (Robert DeNiro) gets control of a TV network and his plan is the brainless shows will make everyone stupid enough to elect him president. Maybe he really is in charge, but as a Pottsylvanian, he needed a figurehead citizen, Joe Biden.
