So, I don’t know why she canceled a trip (supposedly), but as far as that “racing/sirens blaring” part: It’s… the VPOTUS motorcade. They always do that.

In addition to other idiotic responses to this, we'll of course see calls in Europe for more bollards to be installed.

And that will seemingly work... until members of some jihadist radical sect drive up to the bollards, dismount, and start shooting marketgoers with handguns, while sneering: "Never mind the bollards, here's the sect's pistols!"
