Biden's pardon may not do Fauci any good at the state level: 19 State Attorneys General Signal Intent to Prosecute Fauci

The first, and perhaps easiest, indictments may be for violations of state-level speech protections in the vein of the federal First Amendment, as Fauci was integral to the censorship regime surrounding COVID-19 origins and “vaccine” safety and efficacy.

Then there’s Fauci’s direct involvement in bankrolling the creation of SARS-CoV-2 in the first place through the “nonprofit” EcoHealth Alliance, effectively a conspiracy to concoct a bioweapon, which all states have laws on the books prohibiting.

I'm having a hard time figuring out which state laws the doctor could run afoul of at the state level that would fall in these areas. But if the goal is to make someone pay for the COVID years, why aren't they going after Dr. Birx as well? She has admitted in her books that she intentionally lied and pushed things to force shutdowns on the US.

A Sec Commerce who is in the union bag won't help.

The whole "commerce" regulation sector of gov't needs to be dismantled. A return to regulation of commerce between the several states, meaning regulation of tax and trade of the States in relation to each other and not a regulation of businesses.

It's refreshing to listen to rational, intelligent, logical, well consider ideas... instead of screeching. Even stuff I don't necessarily agree with is though provoking.

Dead naming the dead a crime?

A bill before the Colorado state legislature would require a deceased person's gender identity be recorded on their certificate of death under penalty of a fine and/or jail time for anyone who "knowingly and willfully violates" the measure, which one critic told Fox News was an "insane" effort that compels speech.

I wish I had time today to go look at this, but today has been absolutely jam-packed with multiple projects.
