Reply to vxbush in 2: Leaks unusually are documents. There is something called a Canary Trap. When looking for leakers they give documents a unique characteristic. An extra comma, a space, change in line breaks. People don't scrub what they leak, reporters don't either, and publish the docs as is with the unique changes. They change words to catch people who scrub the documents without changing the meaning.

NYC AG Letitia James Trump convicted for valuing his property higher than the bank's evaluaiton. So what's James up to? Pulte cited a property in Virginia that James allegedly claimed as her principal residence and a property in New York she claimed as a four-unit structure instead of five, which he said could mean she was able to get a different and more favorable loan.
