USAID Quietly Shipped 11,000 Virus Samples to Wuhan Lab Without Formal Agreement or Oversight The Daily Caller article quoted in the link above has the details: The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) shipped thousands of viral samples to a lab in Wuhan over the course of a 10-year program even though it had no formal agreement with the lab in place, according to previously unreported documents. The documents show that USAID funded the exportation of 11,000 samples from Yunnan Province, where some of the closest relatives of the COVID-19 virus circulate, to Wuhan, the epicenter of the pandemic, with no apparent plan for ensuring the samples were not misdirected to bioweapons and remained accessible to the U.S. government. ... One of the closest known relatives of the COVID virus is among the viruses sampled with USAID funding. ... “The USAID $210 million contract for PREDICT should have included contractual terms that required all samples, or at least copies of all samples, be transferred to and stored by a US government facility,” said Rutgers University molecular biologist Richard Ebright told the DCNF. “The PREDICT grift did none of this.”
While the COVID relative sample is interesting, it's the lack of following the rules regarding the USAID grant that really should be the story here. And the removal of USAid funding to NGOs makes it far easier for people to understand where money is coming from:

According to the title of a youtube video I didn't watch, the Air India fuel switches were in the cutoff position. I doubt the person who made the video has that kind of knowledge.

Fuel switches on Air India flight cut off moments before fatal crash: Preliminary report According to the report, shortly after takeoff, the plane’s fuel cutoff switches for both engines went from the "RUN" position to the "CUTOFF" position, one after another within one second -- shutting off fuel to both engines. One after another.... that indicates manual actuation. It's not possible to operating them simultaneously, unless two people do it in unison. Pull one set to CUTOFF pull the second one and set to CUTOFF.
They are setting up a deliberate act by a pilot. That should be confirmed by the CVR unless both pilots wanted to crash the plane. Deliberate act means there is no systemic issue at Air India.

The fuel switches were move back to ON after they had been SHUTOFF. Both engines started back up but there wasn't enough time for them to spool up enough to provide thrust.
