Which news story do we believe: the one where Kristi Noem irritated Trump by authorizing a $200 million dollar ad campaign touting her own accomplishments, or the one where it was always Trump's intent to move her over to this new position as Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas? I've read takes on both sides, and I know which side I believe and is more consistent with his behavior.
