In normal times I'd say send a team that is acceptable to the other side. It was a mistake to sending Amb.Glaspie to Saddam's Iraq. I wouldn't send females to Arab and Islamic countries; I would be sensitive to local cultural norms. Not kowtowing but respectful.

This not normal. The message should be you are not in a position to dictate terms. You know, the floggings will continue until moral improves.

Explosive Intel Report: Ukraine War Aid May Have Been Funneled to Biden Campaign, DNC

"The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign,” the report reads.

I am thoroughly convinced that most of the "aid" the US spends money on is corrupted. From MN childcare to CA hospice care and most definitely foreign aid. Significant portions are siphoned off to local corrupt officials and also in kickbacks to US politicians to get kickbacks to keep the gravy flowing.

Locally in WA we have the Homeless Industrial Complex where tens of thousands per homeless are spent with very little evident except high salaried "homeless" advocates. Or the local light rail is which is 150% over budget. Everywhere you look in government is a lack of accountability and people in the system unaccountable richer than should given the public records.

Those same people are also the same ones who are vested in block reforming the voter registration and voting systems.

A hear lots and lots of quacking and lots of denials about the existence of ducks.

So far as I am aware, every example that has come out has been fraud. Wouldn't surprise me if there is additional fraud. The NGO's get lots of money from the government to then file lawsuits against the government. Sounds like an employment scheme for lefty friends.

The example I like to use is homelessness. The "advocacy" groups have no interest in solving the problem, their raison d'être is the problem.

So many other "interests" the problem generates money.
