For what it's worth, after managing to login after a brief service outage I find I have to login afresh every day, whereas previously a login was good for about a week.

You seem to be back. There is a way to reset your password, but I have to do it and send an emai. with the reset token (a long random string of characters)

There is something at the server end that causes logouts, and I asked a while ago and was told they didn't know what could be changed.
