Remember that Dean C. Logan oversees the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. Dean was in charge of the infamous 2004 Gov. race in WA where "found" ballots swung the race to the (D). He then move to MN where he was involved in teaching MN (D)s how to do the same in the Franken v. Coleman race. He's now in LA where you have ballot harvesting and other issues.
