Why is RFK "shocked" that Fauci hid is own vaccine injury? Hasn't he been around these people enough to recognize that image is all that matters to such people? (As if Fauci's own diary didn't make that clear enough already.)

Sometimes the stories I see about RFK really don't leave me impressed with his abilities.

Can Congress get Fauci?

Do presidential pardons remove the Fifth Amendment rights of recipients?

This precedent dates back to 1896 and the Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Walker. In his majority opinion, Justice Henry Billings Brown found that if a “witness has already received a pardon, he cannot longer set up his [Fifth Amendment] privilege, since he stands, with respect to such offense, as if it had never been committed.” Brown cited cases dating back to English law and the Aaron Burr treason trial as supporting that conclusion.

FL is also investigating, the Pardon is Federal.... a State can still put him in with Bubba.

Given that Fauci tested out his Covid techniques on the gay community in the early '80s---sudden appearance of a hitherto entirely-unknown virus of murky and questionable origin, broad decrees of questionable utility restricting behavior, pushing of untried and largely-worthless "medications"---it would be interesting to hand him over to that community for questioning. I'm sure there are many members of that community with long memories, and I am told that there are those in the "leather community" who are highly skilled in, and equipped to practice, certain arcane arts of persuasion.

I remember reading an article in middle 2020 of how Fauci didn't handle the AIDS situation well at all from someone who I think had AIDS himself.  It was not a pleasant read.
