Sigh. Had to contact customer service for an online seller and what should have been a 5-minute discussion became this long, drawn-out fawning and empathetic discussion that lasted at least 30 minutes because the customer service rep had been trained by woke affluent females who swear empathy is the most important customer service trait. I was complaining that an invoice had not been updated, which you would think a seller would care about and want to be notified, but no, it was a struggle session on feelings. 

30 minutes of my life I will never get back.
