It's also a bit of misnomer. The "deal" request is actually a negotiation tactic between those who want to maintain the existing laws and those who want to change the laws, but all the power ends up in the hands of those who want to change the laws--because they are the ones in power and aren't enforcing the existing laws. By phrasing this as a "deal" that needs to be made, it makes it sound like there isn't a solution, when in fact the solution is clearly to follow the law and deport them, as you said. And explain this to me--why isn't it illegal for all these NGOs to help these people cross the border illegally? Why aren't they being arrested for aiding and abetting illegal behavior? It's blindingly obvious to us, but we've discussed these things and considered and watched politics for a long time. |

Gateway Pundit: John Anthony Castro, a Texas man known for his legal efforts to challenge former President Donald Trump’s eligibility for the 2024 presidential ballot, has been arrested on charges related to filing false tax documents. Castro, who filed challenges in 27 states against Trump’s ballot placement, was indicted last week on 33 counts of aiding the preparation of false tax returns. I've been recently visiting my hometown (NYC suburbs) frequently, and the demographic change is just jaw-dropping. Go to any common area, e.g. a large supermarket, there is more Spanish spoken than English. When I was a kid, Hispanics in my town were almost all Puerto Rican (which is to say, they were native-born American citizens). Now it's Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela. At what point was there a referendum put to the American public asking if we wanted this massive population shift?

If you were an alien race trying to kill off all human life on Earth and inhabit the planet yourselves, wouldn't getting the elite to push for population control, no energy, unlimited immigration into civilized countries, etc.be a cheap way of doing it? Far easier than an invasion force.

Reply to buzzsawmonkey in 17: I blame the keyboard. BTW, I did start writing a book with aliens taking over the world this way, but could not write good characters. As for science fition characters, just started watching "The Orville", Crude humor, but very funny. Note the Wright Flyer on the captain's desk.

Well, aside from my shadow-ban on Insty, which Glenn Reynolds falsely swears ain't happening, and my banning from "The New Americanist" for having had the temerity to answer back to the Jew-haters on that site, it appears that I have for some reason now been banned from "The Blogmocracy," one of the fallout sites, like this one, which sprouted after the Insanity of Mad King Charles, Annoying, but in some ways welcome; it will force me to do something more productive with my time than talking to idiots.
